RISING SUN CATFISH TOURNEY UPDATE: After talking to Frank for an hour and us weighing in on all the feedback it has been decided that we will base the limit off of a 2 person team. So 1 BLUE 35 or over 1 FLAT 35 or over and 1 CHANNEL 28 or over per person UP to TWO people can be weighed in each day. EXAMPLE: A TWO person team can weigh 2 35+ blues and 2 35+ flats at weigh in with whatever their 5th fish might be based on size limit etc. A THREE person team can weigh 2 35+ blues and 2 35+ flats at weigh in with whatever their 5th fish might be based on size limit etc. A ONE person team CAN ONLY weigh 1 35+ blue 1 35+ flat and 1 28+ channel..... We believe that this is overall the best way to go about it with the new rules that have been implemented by Kentucky. All other rules set forth by the Ohio Valley River Cats are unchanged.
