RIVFEST 2014 ........ As everyone is aware , this event was halted halfway through due to freak weather we had, it was the councils decision to close due to health and safety concerns, as u can imagine with all the electrical equipment etc. CHIPMUNK the main headliner had a quad bike accident in malia on July 11th , sustaining quite serious injuries, inc @ the time , use of his right leg, when we found out via the news, it was July 12th we could nt get hold of his management until late Weds evening which was when they informed us he was too ill to perform . They offered us tinchy stryder , we accepted . Even tho chipmunk cancelled on US , we are still contracted to honour his fee in FULL. Because of the weather and we had to cancel tinchy stryder , again as contracted, we are liable to pay his fee in FULL. These high profile artists are not cheap . Their costs run into well over £10,000 , and thats just the start. Just in case anyone thinks we ve gained financially , you could nt be more wrong
