RLI would like to offer one postgraduate student the chance to attend the Centre for Contemporary Cultural Studies 50 Years On conference and write about the event for our blog. The sponsorship includes a ticket to attend the conference plus travel and accommodation expenses up to a maximum of £100. To enter all you need to do is write a short piece, suitable for publication as a blog post, outlining the impact of the Centre for Contemporary Cultural Studies and its influence on your own academic research. The piece should be no more than 800 words in length and be supplied as a Word document. The entry, along with a brief description of your postgraduate research project, should be emailed to Martina O’Sullivan, Senior Commissioning Editor for Cultural Studies: mosullivan@rowman The entry should clearly state: • Your full name • Departmental & Institutional affiliation • Email address & contact telephone number The closing date for receipt of entries is 12pm GMT on Monday, 24th February 2014. The best entry will be published on the Rowman & Littlefield International blog on Thursday, 6th March 2014.
