ROAD CLOSING BY-LAW The Council of The Corporation of the City of North Bay will consider and, if approved, will pass and enact at its meeting to be held on Monday, February 2nd, 2015, at the hour of 7:00 o’clock in the evening at the Council Chambers, City Hall, 200 McIntyre Street East, a by-law to close a portion of the Fourth Street road allowance, Plan M-167 located in the City of North Bay as shown on the key map below and described as follows: That portion of the Fourth Street road allowance, Plan M-167 bounded on the west by Part Lot 24, Concession “C” in the former Township of Widdifield and on the east by Blocks “B” and “C”, Plan M-472 designated as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Reference Plan 36R-13720, in the City of North Bay, in the Land Titles Division of Nipissing is to be closed, stopped up and conveyed to the original dedicating owner. The appropriate plan may be examined at the Office of the City Clerk at the City Hall, 200 McIntyre Street East, North Bay. The Council will, at the said meeting hear in person or by his Council, Solicitor or Agent, any person who claims that his or her lands will be prejudicially affected by the by-law and who applies to be heard.
