ROMANIA, yes a tragedy a child was killed by dogs WHILST LEFT UNSUPERVISED BY HIS GRANDMOTHER. But WHY do all dogs now have to die, be tortured, be stoned to death, be poisoned and worse, WHY? Because Romania will never ever enter the civilised world and act appropriately. They knee jerk reaction due to the inbred hatred of dogs. YES there are great people in ROMANIA, I know a few of them, I adopted a dog off one of them, but the majority are brainwashed by the TV and Government media coverage, that damned government will not be happy until it is actually legalised to do what they do anyway, kill dogs and make money out of it. A sad day for animal lovers, a sad day for romanian animal lovers, a sad day for this world.
