ROOT CHAKRA MEDITATION TIP: LET GO OF FEAR- . To Open you Root Chakra, you must realize all your fears and let them go. Fears produce anxiety, stress, and depression which are all Root Chakra issues. While in meditation, picture a red box coming out of the Earth. When that red box gets closer to you, think about every last fear that you have. It may be emotional for you to do but it is whats needed! Be patient with yourself. Understand that fear is only an illusion of the mind and nothing more. Once you are aware of all your fears, put them in the red box. Imagine a red key coming out of the Earth then use it to lock the box. When you are ready, grab that box of fears and throw it to the ground and watch the Earth swallow it up. Know that the Earth is here for your benefit and it will always have your back and support you. When youre done, focus on taking really deep and slow soothing breaths. When you body is ready, come out of meditation, smile, take another breath then stretch. . This video is a MUST WATCH! This is one of the best cartoons out now.
