ROXY NEEDS YOUR HELP ... Recently rescued from Hawkesbury Pound are Roxy, and her mate Leah. They are a bonded pair and will be advertised together when Roxy has recovered from upcoming surgery. Roxy was abandoned at the pound with a mass of multiple mammary tumours on her body. She has attended our vet and will undergo surgery soon to remove these tumours. Her prognosis will be confirmed after surgery. We wish to give this little dog every fighting chance to be tumour free and live a happy, healthy life with her pal, but we need your help to do it. Roxys surgery will cost $1300. This is a discounted rate by the kind vets who work closely with us to help those special dogs in need. This cost includes pre anaesthetic blood tests, fluids under surgery, xrays and sending the tumours to the laboratory for testing.
