RSOE EDIS Event Report - There were some tense moments out at Mid-Continent Airport Monday as a Delta Airlines flight was forced to make an emergency landing. The plane and its 175 passengers on board made the unplanned landing in Wichita after some passengers smelled what they described as burning plastic.
