RULES AND REGULATIONS • The Judge’s decision is final at all times. • Entries will be strictly limited. No entry fees will be refunded except if accompanied by a Veterinary Certificate or Doctor’s Certificate. • The closing date for entries will be Friday 12th July 2013 (Late entries £2.00 extra numbers permitting) except clear round, handy pony and gymkhanas. • The organizers reserve the right to :- Refuse entries without reason. Cancel, amalgamate or divide classes depending on numbers. Change the distribution of prize money or rosettes due to insufficient entries. Order any person to leave the ground if, in the opinion of the organizers, such an individual is causing a disruption likely to affect the enjoyment of others. • No claim can be entertained for anything that may happen to competitors, onlookers, their servants, horses or ponies in connection with the show. It is a condition of entry that each entrant will indemnify the organizers against any accident or loss, however caused. • Objections must be made in writing direct to the secretary’s tent accompanied by a deposit of £10 returnable only if the objection is upheld. • Riders MUST wear hard hats at all times. • All dogs shall be kept under strict control and on a lead. • Competitors must respect the boundaries of the show site, work horses only in the designated areas and proceed at walk only in the vicinity of the rings. • Please leave the horsebox parking area tidy taking all litter with you. • If you find your class clashes, please report to BOTH Judges who will make the necessary arrangements. • Two refusals or a fall off will result in elimination from the event.
