RUNNING GOVERNMENT WITH PATIENCE,THE CASE OF HIS EXCELLENCY PROFFESOR ARTHUR PETER MUTHARIKA. We have a living testmony,few years back.When a new government was sworn in.Take it or leave it but everyone who served the former master had to worry as their jobs were at risk for not being loyals to the new President elect or for further political reasons. Despite the fact that we have a regime change now.The facts remains that the way government business used to be transacted has atleast changed. The public office is gradually being transformed.We have not experienced massive unprocedural termination of contracts within a period of 30 minutes or a short period of time as we used to experience way back putting our coffers at risk to fullfill payments of damages. We have a government which thinks of its people and knows that its serving officers deserves job protection despite the fact that at times they abused their powers or abandoned their ethics and proffessional morala to please their political masters while intimidating those in opposition. As a matter of fact,we have experienced a new birth of executing government business whereby a President is not so desperate to appear on TV or move anyhow just to attract the public attention that we have a President. Its not even early or too late to but the right time is now to applaud our President for being so patient and calm executing his duties while we have progress.
