Raag Bihaag -- Here both shuddha Ma (ma) and teevra Ma (Ma) are used. However, opinions vary as to which MADHYAM should be given more prominence. The orthodox approach is to give more stress on ma. But, some modern interpretations tend to give importance to the Ma. It is this emphasis on Tivra Madhyam, which has influenced some musicians to assign this raga to Kalyan thaat.
