Rachel Croucher Dear all, My name is Rachel Croucher and I am Managing Editor of the Australian Office of The Lithuania Tribune I have lived in Lithuania, and unfortunately I do not speak the language but I do speak fluent German, which helped me stumble across the following article. As such, I am looking for female company directors and business owners in Lithuania who would be willing to conduct an interview (in English or German, I can translate the latter) about just how Lithuania manages to have such a high percentage of female company directors and business owners without quotas, and without much societal repercussions.
