Racial propaganda continues. I have no deep opinion either way in the Zimmerman case besides the idea that the law itself is flawed. Law in general. People want to go on and on about "the Law" but we do not live in the court room and we are all humans with our own perceptions and interpretations. Here is the issue. Trayvon Martin was killed by a man who thought he was a threat BEFORE he even confronted him. Young black man with a hoodie on walking through a neighbor=threat. Arab man on plane=THREAT. That is the society we live in, a system of stereotyping perpetuated by media, politics and even ourselves. And for what? That is what we as intelligent people need to consider. We are being divided by manipulation of our thinking. This is way bigger than skittles and ice tea, bigger than the crime rate in Chicago and black on black crime. With every hot button racial issue or sensationalized court case we are being split as a society. Me vs. you. Us vs. them. Pay attention.
