Rahul Gandhi, You were accorded a chance to start clean. But you are as disingenuous as any gutless, two-penny politician out there. Congress tried to stop the 84 riots? With that statement, you told us exactly where you stand on one of the biggest elephants in the room of our times Mr. Gandhi. Everything about that horrific pogrom was every bit as sickening as what happened in Gujarat 2002, except for the TV cameras which were not present then. Your party was unrepentant then and despite noises to the contrary from your very own, there is nothing in the way you have approached this issue that tells me otherwise. I dont concern myself with RaGa jokes, deriding quips, and echo-point opinions that abound in social media about you but you had a splendid chance to redeem yourself on that one issue and you squandered it. For me that one statement alone was a deal breaker.
