Rahul Gandhi address election rally at Wangjing MU NEWS/WANGJING, March 19 : After his Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya campaign, the All India Congress Committee (AICC) Vice president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday addressed a historic election rally for the forthcoming 16th Lok Sabha polls here at Kodompokpi ground, 30 km south of Imphal in Manipur’s Thoubal district where his grandmother Indira Gandhi addresses a similar public meeting in 1972. Speaking on the occasion, Rahul said that the congress party will not impose any ‘ideas’ but to respect the every single ideas of every person in the country unlike the opposition. Rahul Gandhi’s campaign in north eastern state came after BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi’s public rally near Imphal on February 8 this year.
