Rahul JI, this is very much daring and drastic step you have taken. For this cause the whole educated youths of INDIA: Youths in need of admission in Colleges, youths studying in different educational institutions, Youths to be passed out in the exams, Youths Completed their education and unable for neither further study nor for employment elsewhere, youths yet to be employed, youths employed in different organizations, a fair selection in employment in Govt. & Non-Govt orgns. and youths in need of loan for their self employment, youth farmers in need of subsidy and Bank loan for the agricultural development in their own land or somewhere else need also a timely loan amount, NEED A CORRUPTION FREE GOVT. & WORK-FOR- RESULT ORIENTED GOVT. A work-for-result oriented Govt. is possible if the leaders are well thought of about poor highly educated(PG & Researchers) BOYS & GIRLS, poor educated graduateS, poor MatriculateS and poor under MatriculateS and Govt.must have effective plans & execution of those TIMELY. Many people comes to politics only because they are unemployed. So, in this sphere of politics and to run the Welfare Govt. there is need of welfare oriented professionals with utmost patriotism in different fields for different department of the Govts in both State & Central Govts. The leader must be a Professionals to DISCUSS & CONTROL the other Professionals and to understand the degree of development required day by day and the degree of development achieved at some period intervals. Again Professionals without honesty & integrity is useless. Now, my point is our MPs and MLAs are of which category. If leader is having honesty, integrity,intelligence and dynamism in understanding the day to day affairs of the Country, then he could solve the problem of the country to some extent but not fully even if he did not have the professional qualification. OUR BELOVED PRIME MINISTER RAJIV GANDHI HAD UNDERGONE FOR MANAGEMENT EDUCATION, BORROWED THE MGMT. PROFESSORS FROM IIM TO BE TAUGHT, HE HAD SUCH A GREAT DESIRE TO BE WELL EQUIPPED FOR SMOOTH MANAGEMENT OF THE COUNTRY. SO I HAVE GREAT RESPECT FOR HIM FOR HIS DYNAMISM. HE WAS CONTROLLING HIS MPs & OTHERs VERY SMOOTHLY THROUGH HIS WELL MANNER. OUR ESTEEMED PRIME MINISTER INDIRA GANDHI JI HAD INTEREST IN TIME MANAGEMENT. THAT MEANS EACH WORK SHOULD BE COMPLETED WITHIN THE GIVEN TIME PERIOD. SHE WAS VERY MUCH PARTICULAR ON TIMELY COMPLETION OF WORK. SO THAT MANY WATER DAM PROJECTS, POWER GENERATING PROJECTS, FOOD GRAINS GODOWNS LIKE FCIs, BANK NATIONALIZATIONS, CHEMICAL AND PHOSPHATE INDUSTRIES FOR FARMERS exmp. PARADEEP PHOSPHETS INDUSTRIES LIMITED IN ODISHA( AT PRESENT THIS HAS BEEN SOLD OUT BY THE TAINTED MINISTER OF BJP PARTY IN BJP GOVT. AT CENTRE ). INDIRA JI IN HER REGIME NATIONALISED THE CERTAIN BANKS VERY TIMELY. DURING THAT PERIOD LATE MORARJI DESAI WHO WAS THE THEN DY. PRIME MINISTER IN CHARGE OF FINANCE MINISTRY OPPOSED TO THE STEP OF INDIRA JI, BUT IT IS THE BAD LUCK OF INDIA THAT LATER HE BECAME THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA. THAT DUE TO TIMELY ACTION OF INDIRA JI, HE WAS DIRECTED EITHER APPROVE THE FILE FOR NATIONALIZATION OR LEAVE CONGRESS PARTY. THEREAFTER MORARJI DESAI LEFT THE PARTY. IN THIS WAY INDIRA JI WAS VERY MUCH CURIOUS TO ACCOMPLISH THE WORK OF INDIA VERY TIMELY. THERE ARE MANY EXMAPLES OF HER REGIME THAT THE CORRUPT PEOPLE AND LAZY PEOPLE WERE OUSTED FROM THE MINISTRY AND PARTY. DURING EMERGENCY PERIOD i.e BEFORE 1977 MANY CORRUPT OFFICERS WERE CAUGHT HOLD AND THEY WERE SENT TO JAIL, BUT WHEN IN 1977 GENERAL ELECTION INDIRA JI WAS DEFEATED AND MORARJI DESAI BECAME PRIME MINISTER, ALL THE CORRUPT OFFICERS WERE RELEASED FROM JAIL WITH NO PUNISHMENT. OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM IS TO BE SCRUCTINISED OR REFINED IN THAT RESPECT. So corruption and its control is a very vast chapter. For this chapter there is need of MPs having with the quality of 100% patriotic, 100% honest, 100% intelligent, 100% dynamic, 100% professional experts to hold the job in the department, then only corruption to maximum extent can be evaded.
