Rainy day....a good day to hang out here in bed to let my knee heal with a ice bag on it. Had a rough therapy yesterday, but I made it through. It is all to letting my knee be strong so I can enjoy life more. Therapist said I am doing good for having surgery only 11 days ago. Praying in another week that I can be up and can help Jim out with meals, laundry. The more I do my exercises, keep my ice appointments I will heal faster. Dont go back to Dr. for 4 more weeks. I am going to get lazy. Keep me in your prayers. Love you all.
