Rakshabandhan... literally meaning a Bond to Protect... :) But as a kid what i only knew was it was a day to have have fun wid ur bro... a day of holiday at skool... a day wen u could wear new clothes n get ready as charmingly as u could... a day when u could get presents n gifts without any effort :P... But as i grew up all these fantasies got worn off... The excitement for a new dress or a gift faded off... coz what i realized was You are the pRiCeLeSs GiFt that God gave me that i can cherish forever... O:) I still somewhat remember that day... it was Rakhi again n dad gave my brother 500rs. to give me... Obviously i was a kid n wud do nothing with that amount... I was about to return it to dad to keep it safely in my piggy bank when suddenly bro asked what will u do wid it? I replied nothing n he simply took it back from me saying OK i wud fill petrol in our new car :o ooo not fair it was d same feeling a kindergarten kid gets wen u snatch his chocolate !!! OMG...( Oh My Gift) :( bt wen i think of it 2day... it puts a smile on my face... a Sweetened SOUR Memory :P But then again...in inter 2nd yr u came to vjw frm hyd without letting other sissies to tie d rakhi on ur hand so dat i cud be the 1st... dat was damn sweet of u... :)
