Ran into an unusual situation tonight. Some lady came up to my car and offered to pay me to take her to the hospital. I asked her if she tried calling 911. She said they didnt answer. I called 911 and got an immediate answer. She told me she had bipolar schizoaffective disorder. Pretty quickly a police officer arrived. He kept scratching his head and the lady asked if he was okay. He said he was just itchy. I said that I get scalp itchiness too, and that it was worse since I got a short haircut. He showed me his bald head under his knit hat. I cant help but shake the feeling that he was really shaking his head because he was perplexed by what she was saying, because I was. The paramedics came eventually and I took my leave. The lady thanked me for the help.
