Ran this through Jason Bennett first before I posted here - he gave me the thumbs up. While its not a comic book, it is comic related. Any Tolkien fans out there? Here is a holy grail for your consideration... Offering an 8th Impression (1956 edition) of The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien. Book is in FINE condition and comes with correct edition, original dustjacket. The slipcase is custom made. Lots of pics so make sure you look at them all. Being offered in several groups as well as ebay. VERY hard to find edition as they were mass produced in the 60s and 70s. These earlier impressions are very rare. Asking $700 shipped...or will consider trades (I love Silver Age Marvels...also looking for an ASM 700 Ditko variant).
