Random thought: Personally, I never really liked the term rockstar, I dont even like being called one when someone does. I dont like calling you all fans because in my mind that creates a hierarchy mentality, rockstar up here=fans down there, which I dont like. You are all supporters, and we are all in this together. Im really just a fan of music too that just happens to be doing it on a large scale. On the rare occasion I may have said fans of the band or QR has a huge devoted fanbase which has a different sentiment(you get my point), but I have never used that word outside of a blanket statement, and surely not for myself. Ive met several rockstars that are still acting like they are selling out arenas when they arent. Few in rock/metal can do that, VERY few, and thats still not a hall pass to be rude. Check your ego at the doors and be thankful that people still give enough of a shit to pay their hard earned money to support you. At the end of the day, you will be remembered for the person you are and the music secondary. If youre arrogant, rude, and egotistical...that will be the FIRST thing people remember, no matter how good you are. If you are a good person and you have an off night, most wont mind at all, because they support YOU, thus personality prevails. If youre cool and kick ass, well...all the better. I can assure you, EVERYONE in Queensrÿche is very thankful to you all. In other news: we are working hard on the new album and the writing is going very well. Hoping to hit the studio for the real recording soon. Have a kick ass week everyone \m/
