Random thought of the evening: take it as you will: In the 2nd century B.C. (2200 years ago) The rising population in Rome led to an increase in homelessness. The poor moved to the city of Rome where they were supported by the government with free food and shelter. These poor, became a huge volatile element in politics. Soon after, the roman republic was destroyed and taken over by large group of hard working citizens who sought an even redistribution of land and resources among those who worked and fought hard for them........ They got their wish ......Hmmmmmmm
