Rant .... Where I live there are pigeons that stay on the electricity wires overhead, theyve had that spot for probably over 20 years, now Ive noticed that the new apartments across the street (barellessa palms ) has had a bug company there for almost a week now, today was the first day I was really watching them and I noticed theyre working on the roof , then I listen to their conversation theyre putting a hot wire The roof, so if a bird tries to land they get shocked.. Can someone please let me know is this legal do , you need a permit for this, could the city have agreed to this , it just seems kind of barbaric to the birds since the birds have been there many decades longer than the apartment.. Plus the migrating birds flying north and south of course and south to north but they usually take a flight pattern over this area and up through the delta if any of those birds land on it it would be the same thing... Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me
