Rant alert! Since DEC 1 til today, DEC 16 na, hindi pa rin nag post yung na auto debit samen, To think na no money was withdrawn on the 28th of Nov, just a balance inquiry. When you go straight to Eastwest bank, they will tell you to call the cs hotline. When you call the cs Hotline, they will only advise you to check in 3 business days, 5 business days or 10 business days. and the only thing they can do is to send a freakin followup report. You enroll for an electronic banking, you still need to personally sign the Internet Banking Agreement form (i dont need to do this with bpi or bdo, paperless transaction sila, hassle free). When you ask for a printed copy of all your transactions, they require you to pay for it (which is free with other banks). Ngayon lang ako naka encounter ng jurasic na sistema (aside sa ibang govt. office) Based on my experience, WORST BANK na maka transact ang EastWest Bank I (still) hope this would get resolved sooner, ayoko na sila maka transact :(
