Rant of the day. Reading an article from BusinessWeek. China wakes up. Cleaning up the environment is an urgent task for Chinas leaders who face a backlash from enraged citizens. Water pollution has increased the rates of cancer in almost 500 villages along highly polluted rivers. A vast amount of farm land has been deemed too polluted to farm. Air pollution, at times, 16 times above the recommended upper limit. And what do I always hear from my Republican friends????? Abolish the EPA. I just love this from the article. Almost two thirds of the countrys wealthy, citing Chinas pollution, have left or plan to leave the country. So, my friends, if we are to belive my Republican friends, who continue to insist, that the benevolent rich, just shower us common folk with jobs, who is going to employ everyone in China now????????????? It is time to wake up.......The Koch Brothers and the like dont give a rats ass about you. They will use up our country, and then, take their billions, and move on.
