Rapes are the crimes organized deliberately in the India to sustain fear by setting examples....A big set of groups make sure that such incidences are common in society....Without a proper plan and support of such people (including some officials, rich, some educated) this things can not happen.... Jago....Similar observation are seen in other areas of crimes in the society (supplying women for prostitution, carrying atrocities in the name of culture/religion)....Such groups need to be identified (they work secretly)....for this definitely need support from people getting directly or indirectly affected with support of people who want to reduce this and raising voice against it....
