Confirmed: 68-year-old Lascelles Grant was found dead inside a water tank, after he reportedly severed the hand of his brother in Whitehouse, Westmoreland on Sunday. According to the Whitehouse Police, sometime after 9 am, Grant who is said to be mentally unstable was involved in a domestic dispute with his male sibling, and he allegedly used a machete to severe his hand.The injured man was rushed to hospital and admitted. Grant then jumped into a water tank and drowned.
