Urgent requirement for Executive Secretary KRA’s Typing up Minutes | Organising Diaries | Fielding Calls | Organising Travel Arrangements, Business Meetings & Appointments | Researching and Presenting information | Contributing to Financial Planning | Working with Business Environment | Short Hand Job Description • Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise • To monitor tasks delegated by CMD to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines • coordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables • External & Internal interface on behalf of CMD • Helping in business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders • Business data analysis • Assist the CMD with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions • liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff • Answering the phone and answering queries • Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings • Drafting letters and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations • Taking memos and Making notes and reminders during meetings • Organizing the work flow of the director • Maintaining and following up on the employees daily reports MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Working with the Chairman & Managing Director, the board, the senior management team and other staff to: 1. Ensure statutory requirements are identified and met 2. Contribute to the overall development of Landmaark and its activities 3. Maintain and develop systems, procedures and records in line with the organization’s policies and objectives 4. Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information 5. Work within the framework of Landmaark’ corporate plan as directed by the Chairman & Managing Director 6. Support the Managing Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with stakeholders, partners & Franchise 7. Support the Managing Director in the preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required. Skills Required • Polished communications skills – both verbal and written • Multi-tasking skills • The ability to prioritise tasks and delegate when necessary • Great planning skills • Accurate reporting skills (get that wrong and you could be in trouble) • Business software skills (MS Office Suite). • Impeccable knowledge of short hand RELATIONSHIPS: • Reports to: Chairman & Managing Director • Subordinate Staff: None • External contacts: Clients, Partners and Associates Qualification/Experience: CS graduate (Company Secretary) or 3-4 years of relevant Experience Interested candidates can send their resume to pavithra.r@webacadabra and also please refer your friends for the same.
