Raul, Anna and I had big plans. HUGE plans for when we hit our 2,000 dogs saved...WELL, we passed it and did not even know it!! No big party, not even a lunch out....We were too busy caring for all the new sick and injured and all the puppies we currently have to ever notice the 2,000 dogs saved by ASAP. The number today is 2,002. Dogs pulled from euth lists and horrible situations by ASAP and our wonderful village. We are a quiet but determined army making a difference everyday with no higher recognition that watching the love and trust thrive. In the game of life, we the people who help these animals, the volunteers, the people who share them, the village, the pullers, the transporters and the staff, have already WON. Thank you all so much for the love and support and for being our wonderful, ever growing village. The journey over the past 2 years has been full of love, life and lots of tears, happy tears for the homes and tears of pure anguish for the lost. I promise at our 5,000. goal over the next 2 years there will be a PARTY!!! Happy Thursday everyone~ Mandy
