Ravi Tomerlin, Matt Salazar, Ryan McCormick, Jeremy Wilson, Stephen Busler, Christopher Gibson,Pablo Ogaz and any of you other Honda owning freaks lol.. Putting out an A.P.B. In desperate need of a: 2004 (or compatible) 1.7 SOHC Vtech VIN2 ID#D17A2 U.S. Market engine. (Or comparable that will be plug-n-play Im not sure how much different the various markets engines are) Mileage is less important than price just need a decent running engine (as morbid/sad as it is the owner of the car probably wont be around many more years, so as I said mileage not as important as price as the owner is on a fixed income IE: a small social security check) This poor ol lady took her Honda in to walmart for an oil change and about 3 days later the car stopped running. I look at the car for her and there is oil EVERYWHERE. Upon inspection I see that there is about a 1/4 inch gap between the oil filter and the engine. Upon removal I find the infamous double gasket :-/ and Walmarts response was there is NO way that could have been us as all of our technicians (I repeat that term VERY loosely) are highly trained and taught to double check things of this sort with every oil change.... and yes I said because this little old lady that barley could afford the fu*%ing oil change here took it somewhere else the day after YOU changed her oil and had them do it again because she thought she needed an oil change every 3 miles not every 3000 you fu*^ing stupid ^%%
