Raw Banana Nut Bars Serves: 4 Ingredients: 1/2 cup mashed banana 2 scoops raw vanilla protein powder 1/4 cup raw sliced almonds (or nut of choice) 2 tablespoons raw coconut flour 1 tablespoon water 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon raw coconut sugar or desired sweetener (optional) Directions: Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Roll out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut into 4 pieces. Keep refrigerated.
