Location of Center: (as of 4:00 p.m.) 634 km Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur Coordinates: 5.8°N, 131.5°E Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center Movement: Forecast to move West Northwest at 30 kph Forecast Positions/Outlook: Tuesday afternoon: in the vicinity of Agusan del Sur Wednesday afternoon: 100 km Southwest of Coron, Palawan Thursday afternoon: 810 km West of Ambulong, Batangas Areas Having Public Storm Warning Signal PSWS # Luzon Visayas Mindanao Signal No. 1 (30-60 kph winds may be expected in at least 36 hours) None Siquijor Southern Cebu Bohol Negros Oriental Negros Occidental Southern Antique Iloilo Guimaras Dinagat Island Siargao Island Agusan del Norte Agusan del Sur Surigao del Norte Surigao del Sur Davao Oriental Compostela Valley Davao del Norte Samal Island Bukidnon Misamis Oriental Camiguin Island Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 - 15 mm per hour (moderate - heavy) within the 300 km diameter of the Tropical Depression. Sea travel is risky over the Northern seaboard of Northern Luzon and the Eastern seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon. The public and the disaster risk reduction and management council concerned are advised to take appropriate actions and watch for the next bulletin to be issued at 11 PM today.
