Re Advertised Vacancy Business Development Executive (3 Positions) Location: Dar es Salaam Summary A moveable assets rental and assets management company is looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for sourcing new business and developing products in the achievement of business targets. The business holder will report to the Head of Business Unit – Tanzania. The successful candidate will source new business, maintain existing business, and will have a wide range of duties including (but not exclusively): Duties: • To be proactive with locating and developing new business in line with the stipulated KRAs • Achievement of Net Cash based on new business production • Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action • Have extensive knowledge of competitors and be in a position to counter their sales strategies • Establish key relationships with clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements • To ensure personal presentation is of the highest standards at all times to project a professional image • Have full knowledge of the products and services offered • Facilitate the entire sales delivery process • Carry out other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job Work Experience / Skills: • IT industry • Sales Process • Asset based finance and basic calculations • Marketing and advertising products • Good computer skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Email and Internet. • Good verbal and written communication skills • Accept and adhere to the need for strict confidentiality Qualifications: • Candidate must have 8 or more years in similar role • Candidate must have a business related degree or similar • Candidate must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance • Candidate must be a self-starter and highly motivated Please submit your curriculum vitae via email to: [email protected] Tel: +255 715 771177 .
