Re-Lawyers and court insiders have detailed knowledge of how citizens are wrongfully deprived of their life, liberty, justice and hope. They know of various judges corruption, malpractices and bad habits. And yet, even the honest ones among them suppress their conscience and keep quiet.This is, because they have much to lose if they open their mouths, and much to gain by keeping their mouths shut and taking advantage of the faults in the system. EX-SERVICEMEN AWAKE,EX-SERVICEMENAWAKE, EX-SERVICEMEN AWAKE. Lapses in Law and Order are also created / willful, as they are assured by the corrupt politicians, that the public cannot get justice if gone to Police / Courts, as backlogs are deliberately created by their mounting complaintsfor re-dressal,all on account of created litigants by injustice. Hence,authorities in power pleases the corrupt politicians for their mutual interest. Same is the link between the advocates and judges, all for a price. Law abiding Ex-Servicemen humiliated by such an act, demanding huge amount of money from them, includes demand of parting their arrears- due. Also THEY WARN, the aggrieved ex-serviceman If you cant afford, such advocates do not suffer, but the ESM who cant fulfill their high demandsis to suffer, ESM’smostly coming from remote villages, which constrains them by appealing in High Courts and Supreme Court, many aggrieved ESM’s give-up at this stage, when they have no time for small people like ESMs to move forward, as delay anticipated for several years, in civil courts. The straight –forward, law-abiding common people that ultimately suffers. The need for reforms in Judiciary is imperative. PLEASE NOTE:Poor aggrieved ex-servicemen have to call at Chennai Armed Forces Tribunal, located at No.1, Rudra Road, Street, Thomas Mount, Chennai, functioning without much publicity. Ex-Servicemen coming from far and wide within Tamil Nadu and as well as from nearby neighboring states, since wide jurisdiction * i.e. from Tamil Nadu State, Andhra Pradesh State and Karnataka State, the Regional AFT Chennai functions.Enlightened citizens can well imagine, of such poor old ex-servicemen who have to get justice, obviously do not travel by AIR, but for by Trains, local trains within city, Call-Taxi, Auto-rickshaw, share autos etc. Corruption is more rampant, since A.F.T. Chennai, located in a secluded place, meaningless to be near the Domestic / International Airport. Corrective welfare-action NOT TAKEN, despite reporting in a democratic country.
