Sola Ogunkoya has this to say about our deputy governor; THE MOST IDLE DEPUTY GOVERNOR IN NIGERIA Governor Amosun has helped Prince Segun Adesegun to enter into the GUINNESS BOOK OF RECORDS as the MOST IDLE AND USELESS DEPUTY GOVERNOR EVER in the history of the World. The former illustrious son of Ijebuland also double as the Deputy Governor with the HIGHEST NUMBER OF SPARE TIME AND HOURS SPENT ON LEISURE AND PLAYING LAWN TENNIS at Abeokuta Sports Club in the Whole Wide World (in fact, the Ijebu Prince as being on PERPETUAL HOLIDAY since he was sworn into office in May 29, 2011) DEPUTY GOVERNOR WITHOUT PORTFOLIO Information reaching us is that General Amosun as demoted Prince Segun Adesegun completely: 1. From riding in a V8 Land Cruiser Jeep as official Deputy Governor’s car……The Governor has downgraded him to V6 Land Cruiser Jeep (as if that was not enough, the V8 as been transferred to the First Lady’s Convoy) 2. The Deputy Governor’s lodge as also been disconnected from the OGD Independent Power Project which the Governor, Commissioners, the Legislators and even the Governor’s children school (DayWaterman College) have being enjoying since Amosun became Governor. 3. Due to the above, the Deputy Governors wife as FINALLY relocated back to their private house in Lagos. 4. We even heard that one countless occasion, Prince Adesegun has had to bring out money from his pocket to buy diesel to the over-used generating set in his lodge. 5. The Deputy Governor usually had to travel to Lagos in the middle of the night to sleep in his private residence every time the generator packs-up. These and many more atrocity is what the Deputy Governor as being hiding under his shirt just to see that peace reigns in Ogun State despite the fact that Amosun and Adesegun both went into the 2011 election on a joint ticket… We will want to believe that Amosun won the election in Ogun Central while Adesegun won the election for the party in Ogun East Senatorial District. So why is Amosun treating this man like a POLITICAL APPOINTEE? Yet, Commissioners like Lekan Adegbite and Odubela with MINUS ZERO electoral value ride into town with convertible cars and buy houses in overseas! What a sad story for Prince Segun Adesegun !!!
