That a well-regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defense of a free state; .. -- Virginia Const Decl of Rights Sec 13 A well regulated Militia being [is] necessary to the security of a free State, .. -- 2nd Amendment. Congress and State Legislatures are mandated: To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws .. -- Art I Sec 8 Clause 15. To restore execution of the Laws = To restore enforcement of This Constitution, and the Laws *** made in Pursuance thereof -- Art VI Clause 2. Execute the Laws--The enumerated and mandated way to restore our constitutional republic. Its the duty of State Legislators and We the People to promote and pass state legislation to restore enforcement of our Constitution.
