Re-installed software on my iMac, plus added complimentary Pages, Numbers, Keynote from Apple. Cant believe how simple and fast the process was compared with Windows. Now to add my back-up files {photos, word documents and spreadsheets}. Once complete I will be fully operational. Would add that I only need one power lead against the four leads for previous set-up for modem, speakers, voice recording, camera, plus the large PC desktop box. Talk about downsizing!!! Well done Apple and thanks for your support \ customer care.
