Re-trial for case of Hrant Dink Istanbul 5th High Criminal Court decided to abide by the decision of reversal given with the determination that “they should be on trial for membership of criminal enterprise” regarding the murdering of former Chief Editor of Agos Newspaper Hrant Dink on 19 January 2007. With the decision, the defendants will be on re-trial with the charge of “being a member of an organization aimed to be a criminal enterprise” in accordance with the Turkish Penal Code Article 220, 8 years after the murder.
