Barely settled into the new place and I just got my flight confirmation to leave in less than 2 weeks to be one of the keynote speakers at the San Antonio Bilingual Educators conference in Texas. Ill be speaking to over 500 students and teachers on the importance of being bilingual and about standing up and being vocal about what you believe in. Honored and humbled that they put a rapper on a keynote panel filled with people who have a Dr. before their name. They told me dont hold anything back.. I love it when they tell me that :)
