Read and declare to ignore the wrong perception about the Trinity. (P6). Theme: THE TRINITY. Do we have so-called Bibles that misinterpreted John 1:1-2 and 14? Some people were knowingly or unknowingly influenced by the devil to deny Jesus the rightful place of being in the form of God. Their main focus was to eliminate scriptures that ascribed to Jesus as God. When they did not succeed, they decided to mistranslate and misinterpret John Chapter 1:1-4 and 14 that emphatically ascribed Jesus to God. This was the way they misinterpreted John 1:1-2. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god.” This interpretation was not just confusing but a suicidal to God’s Word. It means the Word was a lesser God; also, God was big and at the same time less. Clearly, this interpretation betrayed the original Greek grammar which reads, “theo en ho logos” that unmistakably means, “the Word was God.” Beware of that so-called Bibles! There are other religious groups who ascribed to the Abrahamic God as their God, but denied the deity of Jesus Christ as the Messiah. This is an act in futility. God did not choose Abraham and his descendants because they were faultless. But, “Abraham believed in the LORD, and He accounted it to him for righteousness.” Gen. 15:6. The Bible recorded series of faults and errors committed by Abraham and his descendants. God advanced Abraham from a family to a nation and to a generation because they were being shaped and prepared to produce the Messiah. This was a redemptive plan of God for salvation. The belief in the Abrahamic God without ascribing to Jesus as the Messiah and was in the form of God is just a folktale. This is because every activity of Abraham and his descendants were pointing to the redemption by the coming Messiah; who was later Jesus Christ. MEDITATION: Beware of deceptive scriptural interpretations! DECLARATION: I (name), I refuse to be deceived by wrong scriptural interpretations in Jesus Christ name!!! PRAYER: As you declare, may your expectations from the LORD this month never be cut off in Jesus Christ name!!!!!!!
