Read this book by Jonas Jonasson, the 100 year old who jumped out the window and disappeared. The main character in the book had this theory that all conflicts stem from two people accusing each other you are stupid, no, you are stupid and so forth without trying to understand the real issue behind the argument. . Shouldnt the focus at this time really be to come up with a solution for how not only the Nuer and Dinka, but also the other 62 tribes in South Sudan can create the new South Sudan 2.0? What must happen for all the various tribes to be able to co exist, to prosper, to get to a stage where the uniqueness and beauty of the various tribes make South Sudan stronger, not weaker. Understandably a lot of very serious issues to resolve, but pointing out how stupid the other side is will perhaps not lead forward, only a dialogue and trying to understand and resolve issues will do that.
