I don’t always have time to leave meaningful comments… but I read your posts all the time and I’m so glad I signed up. I loved the series on sales… I learnt so much about myself even though I’m not a salesperson or manager I still learnt so much about my communication styles and traits, etc. my favourite was the judger vs perceiver post. And after this post on perfectionism I just had to leave a comment because this is exactly what I struggle with. Your guidelines are very useful.
