Reader question: My 9 month old son has had a lingering rash on his testicles. It seems like an awkward thing to post about but I dont know what to do or who to ask. I missed his 9 month check up at the pediatricians and would have asked her but now have to wait until July to see her! Hes been teething again but I didnt notice anything unusual for his first 4 teeth. Hes had a tiny red dot rash come and go in places where he sweats for a long time and thats what this started out like. I have been putting Weleda diaper cream on it but its not really been doing much. Now its solid red in a few spots and looks sore, although he doesnt seem bothered. Ive tried giving him lots of nudy tudy time but havent mastered the whole EC thing and weve got hard wood floors so I can only do that so much. I dont want to stress about nothing, but Ive changed lots of other childrens diapers in my past and dont recall ever seeing anything like this. Just dont know what I can do or who I could talk to about this. Thanks in advance for your help/suggestions!
