Reading The New York Times travel section, its awfully hard not to - TopicsExpress

Reading The New York Times travel section, its awfully hard not to get inspired by like-minded writers, and especially, their take, on what makes the Caribbean great. As an avid traveler myself, hearing their perspectives, through such incredibly vivid detail, makes me want to visit countries, including Anguilla, Antigua, Grand Cayman Island, and Jamaica, that much more. Not only that, but also, even try to start my own travel blog. Along those lines, its great to know that Im not the only one who takes in her surroundings, and is then able to put her thoughts to pen and paper. I guess, creativity and artistry, just speak for themselves. Am I right? In fact, theres nothing quite like expressing ones self, and being able to tell a story to others, through the sole, effective usage of words. Speaking of which, Ive read more than my fair share of travel blogs and guidebooks in my day, however I still feel like theres something, thats missing. With that said, I hope to create my own special travel book series, someday. Until then, I continue to put all of my heart and soul into my writing, as well as pursue a writing position and career at a prestigious publication, magazine, and/or newspaper, which, is by far, still my biggest goal. Describing my personal experiences, is really, what its all about. And Christmas Day, is certainly, no exception to that. For both locals and tourists alike, visiting the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center, is an absolute must. And for that matter, ice skating just below, on the 30 rock ice rink. Need I mention, also waiting in line, to see the Fifth Avenue windows, all decked out for the holidays, and attending the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, featuring the world-famous Rockettes? Or how about, even ice skating in Central Park? It sounds like a dream come true, to me!
