Reading the article, it is clear for some of these people that arrest was correct. For those arrested for prostitution, let us hope they were/are not trafficker controlled and coerced. Some of them look as if they were. The key to this is to watch and see who bonds the women out of jail. It will be a drug user paid by the trafficker to sign the bonds for several women, some of the women will be on pre-paid bail bonds which means that some of the traffickers pay the bondsman a weekly sum and when the girls get arrested they automatically get bonded out of jail. Time is money. Also, it is important that when the women are in jail waiting to get out to make sure they are not recruiting other girls for their traffickers.
