Reading the ruling it is very clear that almost every justice fully recognizes that it is un/not/extra constitutional. Sadly, the vast majority of them also clearly indicated they didnt consider that relevant. If they did their job correctly there should be no need for the States to defend their prerogatives... For them to intentionally issue rulings that are un/not/extra constitutional is a clear violation of their oath of office regardless of whether or not there is a clear remedy for the states to utilize, whether they do so or not. As Ive been lamenting for several years now - we have all three branches of the federal government routinely ignoring and disregarding significant portions of the Constitution.
