We have put in many hours to fine tune and optimize the system so members can earn as much as possible as fast as possible. FUNDING YOUR ACCOUNT: Our system works with separate wallets per payment processor. As you know we have Solid Trust Pay, Egopay and Perfect Money available at the moment. We looked at other processors but many have terms like 10% of payments you receive will be frozen for 6 months (Payza) or 90 days (OKPay). Others have high fees or are just too new to use (too much risk) so for now we stick with the 3 we have. However, we know in some countries (like in the US) its very difficult to use online payment processors. From what I understand STP is available in most countries. For those who really cant use any of these payment processors to fund their account we can help maybe (on a case by case basis) but you need to be able to receive funds in one of these processors because we have to process withdrawals in the system for accurate statistics (so we can analyze and make calculations for the variable returns). Below is the information again how the system works (please read it through because it will help you earn faster): As you know the private program is based on variable returns which means the returns are based on results. Results are profit from trading and revenue from the site. We have 3 plans: Starter - Shares are $25 with max return of 150% in variable WEEKLY earnings. - You will receive 25 free reward points for every share you buy. When you have enough reward points you can exchange them for cash that will be added to your bonus balance. With your bonus balance you can buy shares in the reward points bonus plan. - You will receive 250 ad credits for every share you buy. These credits can be used for banner ads and text ads on our site with the unique bidding system (the more credits youre willing to pay per impression the more often your ad is showed) Pro - Shares are $50 with max return of 160% in variable daily earnings paid 5 days per week (on weekdays). - You will receive 50 free reward points for every share you buy. When you have enough reward points you can exchange them for cash that will be added to your bonus balance. With your bonus balance you can buy shares in the reward points bonus plan. - You will receive 500 ad credits for every share you buy. These earnings are included in the variable daily returns (paid 5 days per week) so they will count for the maximum return of 160% VIP To become a VIP you have to pay a monthly fee of $10. As an active VIP you can buy VIP shares: - Shares start at $100 (from $100 to $10,000 per purchase, no limit to number of purchases) with max return of 180% in variable daily earnings paid 5 days per week (on weekdays). - You will receive 1 reward point for every $1. When you have enough reward points you can exchange them for cash that will be added to your bonus balance. With your bonus balance you can buy shares in the reward points bonus plan. - You will receive 10 ad credits for every $1. These credits can be used for banner ads and text ads on our site with the unique bidding system (the more credits youre willing to pay per impression the more often your ad is showed) - Active VIP shares get a share of 10% of Starter, Pro and VIP share sales. These earnings are included in the variable daily return so they will count for the maximum return of 180% - When you upgrade to VIP youre added to the VIP 5x5 matrix. This is a residual income matrix because every time members in your downline upgrade or renew their subscription you earn $1. Its also a matrix with spillover so that means even if you cant recruit its still possible to have a huge downline and earn a lot from upgrades. It looks like this: Level 1: $1 Level 2: $1 Level 3: $1 Level 4: $1 Level 5: $1 This income doesnt count for the maximum return of 180% so its extra income and its residual too! - Active VIP members (VIP member with active subscription) earn from network downline purchases. Network downline means all VIP members that are under you in your network up to 5 levels deep. Every time VIP members in your downline buy shares you earn 1%. It looks like this: Level 1: 1% Level 2: 1% Level 3: 1% Level 4: 1% Level 5: 1% Earnings from downline purchases dont count for the maximum return of 180% so its another extra income source to make it more attractive to become a VIP member whether you can recruit or not. - Active VIP members have access to the download section where they can download interesting products and get first notice on interesting income sources we find. - ONLY VIP MEMBERS CAN RECRUIT NEW MEMBERS! When your VIP subscription have been expired you can reactivate any time you want by just paying the $10 subscription fee again so it will not be automatically deducted from your balance. If you want it to be automatically deducted from your balance you can set this in the Account Settings. As you can see its very attractive to become a VIP member because you can earn a lot more. We want everyone to become a VIP because it earns you a lot more plus it creates long term passive income too. We made it very affordable with the $10 per month. If you do the math you can see how fast earnings can add up: - You earn variable returns from shares (180% max return) so even if you have 0 in your downline you can still earn good passive income. - You earn from downline subscriptions ($1 from every VIP in your downline 5 levels deep) with spillover so its possible your downline grows even if you didnt recruit one person. - You earn from downline purchases (1% from every VIP in your downline 5 levels deep) with again the possibility of spillover. Members who dont want to pay the $10 per month can always start with the “Starter” or “Pro” plan of course but keep in mind that the sooner you upgrade the sooner youre added to the 5x5 matrix so the more you can get from spillover because as long as youre a free member you will not be added to the matrix so other members who signed up after you will jump above you when they upgrade so they will actually earn from you when you upgrade after them. REFERRAL COMMISSIONS As you may remember we asked members whether they would like us to implement referral commissions or not, since we work with variable returns so the more goes to referral commissions the less we have available for the returns. Most members said they prefer no referral commissions implemented so thats what we did. Theres no traditional referral commissions system but we have the VIP matrix where VIP members earn from VIP members in their downline (so not from free members). This means as a VIP member you can earn much more if you recruit but its not coming from purchases since all VIP members pay a $10 fee per month. You see? In this way money available for the variable returns is separated as the matrix feeds itself with the monthly $10 fee. The beauty is when free members in your downline upgrade you earn instantly from them. Thats why I say we want everyone to become VIP as it will earn you a lot more. If you cant afford it right away you can work your way to VIP (thats why next to the VIP plan we also have the Starter and Pro plan). Keep in mind that only VIP members can recruit new members so as long as you are a free member you will not be able to sign up new members but I think if youre serious about signing up new members youll upgrade to VIP as its only $10 per month and will earn you much more (180% return in the VIP plan so not only from your downline). VIP MEMBERSHIP EXPLAINED The VIP membership is a great system because it enables you to earn much more. The way it works is the moment you upgrade to VIP you will be added to the 5x5 matrix in the downline of your sponsor (the next available empty position). From that moment you will have access to VIP features like buy VIP shares (180% return), sign up new members, earn downline commissions on VIP subscriptions, earn downline commissions on VIP deposits and access to the download section. When your VIP subscription is expired you will not have access to those features anymore. This means you will not earn from your downline and that can be a lot because like mentioned earlier there is spillover so its possible your subscription expired but your downline kept growing because the system will simply not pay commissions to expired VIP members but the downline will keep growing because the system will keep placing new VIP members in the next available spots. The system is build in a smart way and will not give access to downline information for expired VIP members so when your subscription is expired you never know how big your downline is and how many commissions youre missing. To be able to see your downline you will have to upgrade your subscription again. You see how this works? More members will upgrade and stay upgraded to earn commissions that grows as their downline grows (which can be from only spillover). Another reason to stay upgraded is, since were a private program, only VIP members can recruit new members. You will not be able to recruit new members when your VIP membership is expired. If your VIP membership is expired and people use your referral link then the sponsor will default to admin because expired VIP members cant sign up new members. Can you see how powerful this is? The key to long term residual income for everyone is to have everyone participate and stay participated (not sure you can say it like this but you understand what I mean). With this system we have that key. If you think about it youll see how powerful this is. It will keep you earning steady income more and more. Steady income is what pays the bills. With our 5x5 VIP matrix you can earn up to $3,905 per month only from the subscription renewals. Then next to that you can earn unlimited from deposits from VIP members in your downline as you will earn 1% from every deposit 5 levels deep. You see the income potential? Keep in mind this is all next to the passive income from the shares you buy because you will earn from that too. Maybe now you understand why Im so excited as I can really see how many members will be able to generate much more than a full time income from this every month and cost is only $10 per month (thats real good profit if you ask me). SAFETY SYSTEM Many programs dont survive because they offer fixed returns (like 2% per day, 10% per week etc.). We do it differently. We offer a max return depending on the plan (150%, 160% or 180%). Look at it like a pot that is filled at those percentages. We start to fill the pot by adding profit from trading and a share of revenue from the site. When the pot is filled (reached 150%, 160% or 180%) it expires and you can decide to buy a new one. A system like this is much more stable than fixed returns of course. We also have another build in safety: - Starter: minimum 2.5% and maximum 10% per week - Pro: minimum 0.5% and maximum 2.5% per day (5 days per week) - VIP: minimum 0.5% and maximum 3% per day (5 days per week) If we make more than the maximum then the amount that exceeds the maximum is reserved for times when we dont reach the minimum (if that ever happens). If that doesnt happen for a long period of time part of the reserve goes to the variable returns. Example is when we have a lot of reserve and at days the return would be 1% then we can decide to add some reserve to the returns to make it maybe 2% or the max 3%. We pay returns 5 days per week (for the plans with daily returns) because the financial markets are open 5 days per week (on weekdays only). If there is revenue from the site in the weekend then it will be added to the return on Monday so its possible the return on Monday is constantly higher than on other weekdays. BONUS PLAN We also have a great bonus plan for loyal members. Every time you buy shares youll receive free reward points. When you have enough reward points you can exchange them for cash that will be added to your bonus balance. With your bonus balance you can buy shares in the bonus plan. You cant use your normal wallet balance to buy shares in the bonus plan and you cant use your bonus balance to buy shares in the other plans. The bonus balance is only an extra for you as a loyal member. You will earn 120% total with a fixed rate of 2.5% per week (the minimum of 0.5% daily for 5 days). Earnings from this plan will be added to your normal wallet balance so you can withdraw or use in one of the other plans. You dont pay from your own money for this plan so its nice to have earnings from this added to your balance every week next to other earnings in our program. Ok, get ready for this.
