If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9 Explanation : If you declared ( said ) that Jesus Christ is Lord and believed , trusted in your heart that He rose up again by the power of God , you are saved . Your name will be written in the Book of life ; you became chosen . God chose you to be His son/daughter that He desires to have or meet in Heaven . Jesus is God and God is Jesus . Let me tell you what happened to let you understand : The Bible tells us that God ( the light ) loved/loves us so much that He desired and still desires to have an unfailing relationship with us . He knows that what makes us go far away from Him is sin , so He decided to appear in the shape of man and come through Mary . Now , the shape He appeared with is called Jesus . Jesus , who is God decided to choose the worst punishment a person could ever have . He chose the Cross ..He decided to leave His power behind , ignore it as if it does not exist . He is God and He can carry the Cross easily without any pain if He wished , but He didnt wish so because He wanted and wants to let you realize that although He is God and so mighty , He felt so much pain because He is madly in love with you . Jesus died but rose up in the 3rd day by His power . Yup , the body was completely dead , but we all know that God is unlimited , so although the body of God was down here on earth , God the light was up in Heaven . I told you that Jesus left His power behind . Yeah , Now , when He ( the body was dead ) , God the light ordered the body to have power and rise up again . God and Jesus equal one , but He can be anywhere in the shape He desires to appear with .Jesus is alive . Soon , Jesus will come again to take those , who believed in Him .
