Real Estate News -Debt Free Investing is it really possible? A few weeks ago, Steve Cook posted an appreciation video from a person who was really excited about the prospect of debt-free investing. I for one enjoyed her video, because she clearly understood what caused her to get really hurt in the downturn. I personally do not believe at ALL in debt free in name only, absent of the underlying principles. However, it does touch on one important principle in name only, which is minimize risk However, I strongly believe in Wealth Building with Assets and Allies. An ally is someone that brings much more to the table, than funds. Most people that bring funds to the table, only know how to create a house of cards that will tumble down on you, because they often request a YIELD, or return on their investment that the asset can not support, which thereby places the sponsor and themselves at risk. Jack taught me the return of the money (initial investment), was far more important than the return on the money. A few weeks ago, I encouraged many of you to take a look at Tony Robbins new book-MONEY Master the Game: 7 Simple Steps to Financial Freedom. Tony, touches on the RULES. Folks you have to know the rules., you have to apply them to your life, real estate and or any other investment. So why do I like this new read so much?. For real estate you have to be around people that actually who are open and transparent about real estate investing, WHO ACTUALLY OWN IT AND MANAGE IT, who will show you how it works, who can teach you these things, up close and personal...... and finally who have been thru the BOOM and BUSTS...... It does not matter which term you like Debt Free Investing or Wealth Building with Assets and Allies. Im partial to my definition.of wealth building that stresses the importance of assets and allies.
