Necessary to make your music the best and highest quality that u can possibly get it. Idc if its a mixtape anymore.. If it sounds like a mixtape its your fault. Buy your beats & get stems from every producer, buy studio time with a engineer that gives a shit in a decent studio, pay for a mix and master. On every record. Shoot necessary videos not a video for every song! with content that is HD and use appealing imagery. ( pay for a excellent director) And best of all have a marketing plan on how u will distribute your music. This shit is a hobby to most of yall, when this is some Ppls lively hood it. It cost to be the boss. Trust me even lil niggas like chief keef had niggas spending money on them to get shit done!
